Physicochemical properties: This product is a white powder with good fluidity and is not easy to absorb moisture. It does not change in yellow for a few days below 110 °C. It is easily soluble in water. The aqueous solution is alkaline. It decomposes rapidly with acid and emits carbon dioxide, which is almost insoluble. In alcohols and ethers.
Uses: Preparation of effervescent tablets in the pharmaceutical industry, neutralization drug of gastric acid, solubilizer of insoluble acidic drug and detergent as blowing agents.
